  • Method Details

    • bucket

The bucket name containing the object that you want to place a legal hold on.

Access points - When you use this action with an access point, you must provide the alias of the access point in place of the bucket name or specify the access point ARN. When using this action with an access point through the Amazon Web Services SDKs, you provide the access point ARN in place of the bucket name. For more information about access point ARNs, see Using access points in the Amazon S3 User Guide.

Container element for the legal hold configuration you want to apply to the specified object.

This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the ObjectLockLegalHold.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via ObjectLockLegalHold.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to legalHold(ObjectLockLegalHold).

      Parameters:
legalHold - a consumer that will call methods on ObjectLockLegalHold.Builder
      Returns:
Returns a reference to this object so that method calls can be chained together.
