This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the ActionConnectorSearchFilter.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via ActionConnectorSearchFilter.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to filters(List<ActionConnectorSearchFilter>).
