      This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the ChallengeMetadataSummary.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via ChallengeMetadataSummary.builder().

      When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to challenges(List<ChallengeMetadataSummary>).
