Organization Config rule creation or deletion status in each member account. This includes the name of the rule, the status, error code and error message when the rule creation or deletion failed.

      If the service returns an enum value that is not available in the current SDK version, memberAccountRuleStatus will return MemberAccountRuleStatus.UNKNOWN_TO_SDK_VERSION. The raw value returned by the service is available from memberAccountRuleStatusAsString().
