This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the ComplianceByResource.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via ComplianceByResource.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to complianceByResources(List<ComplianceByResource>).
