This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the TaskPropertiesOverride.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via TaskPropertiesOverride.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to taskProperties(List<TaskPropertiesOverride>).
