This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the ControlInputParameter.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via ControlInputParameter.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to controlInputParameters(List<ControlInputParameter>).

controlInputParameters - a consumer that will call methods on ControlInputParameter.Builder

Returns:

The scope of a control. The control scope defines what the control will evaluate. Three examples of control scopes are: a specific backup plan, all backup plans with a specific tag, or all backup plans.
