This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the PluginVisualProperty.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via PluginVisualProperty.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to visualProperties(List<PluginVisualProperty>).
