This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the ClusterParameterStatus.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via ClusterParameterStatus.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to clusterParameterStatusList(List<ClusterParameterStatus>).
