This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the FieldSortOptions.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via FieldSortOptions.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to trendGroupSort(List<FieldSortOptions>).
