      Parameters:

      Returns a reference to this object so that method calls can be chained together.

      This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the SamplingRule.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via SamplingRule.builder().

      When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to samplingRule(SamplingRule).

      • Tag keys and values are case sensitive.

      • Don't use aws: as a prefix for keys; it's reserved for Amazon Web Services use.
