customResponse

BlockAction.Builder customResponse(CustomResponse customResponse)

Defines a custom response for the web request.

Parameters:

customResponse - Defines a custom response for the web request.

Returns:

Returns a reference to this object so that method calls can be chained together.

customResponse

default BlockAction.Builder customResponse(Consumer<CustomResponse.Builder> customResponse)

Defines a custom response for the web request.

For information about customizing web requests and responses, see Customizing web requests and responses in WAF in the WAF Developer Guide.

This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the CustomResponse.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via CustomResponse.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to customResponse(CustomResponse).

Parameters:

customResponse - a consumer that will call methods on CustomResponse.Builder

Returns:

Returns a reference to this object so that method calls can be chained together.
