Lists the IAM Identity Center instances that the caller has access to.

instances - Lists the IAM Identity Center instances that the caller has access to.

This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the InstanceMetadata.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via InstanceMetadata.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to instances(List<InstanceMetadata>).
