pagerDutyConfiguration

This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the PagerDutyConfiguration.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via PagerDutyConfiguration.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to pagerDutyConfiguration(PagerDutyConfiguration).
