This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the RoutingConfigurationListItem.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via RoutingConfigurationListItem.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to routingConfiguration(List<RoutingConfigurationListItem>).
