This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the AwsSecurityFinding.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via AwsSecurityFinding.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to findings(List<AwsSecurityFinding>).
