This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the GroupConfigurationParameter.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via GroupConfigurationParameter.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to parameters(List<GroupConfigurationParameter>).
