This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the AutomatedEncodingSettings.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via AutomatedEncodingSettings.builder().

      When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to automatedEncodingSettings(AutomatedEncodingSettings).
