      This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the SearchResourcesCriteria.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via SearchResourcesCriteria.builder().

      When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to and(List<SearchResourcesCriteria>).
