This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the CreateVehicleRequestItem.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via CreateVehicleRequestItem.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to vehicles(List<CreateVehicleRequestItem>).
