This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the DataRepositoryAssociation.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via DataRepositoryAssociation.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to association(DataRepositoryAssociation).
