This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the AthenaIntegration.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via AthenaIntegration.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to athenaIntegrations(List<AthenaIntegration>).
