InstanceBlockDeviceMapping.Builder deviceName(String deviceName)

The device name (for example, /dev/sdh or xvdh).

Parameters:

deviceName - The device name (for example, /dev/sdh or xvdh).

Returns a reference to this object so that method calls can be chained together.

ebs

InstanceBlockDeviceMapping.Builder ebs(EbsInstanceBlockDevice ebs)

Parameters used to automatically set up EBS volumes when the instance is launched.

Parameters:

ebs - Parameters used to automatically set up EBS volumes when the instance is launched.

Returns:

Returns a reference to this object so that method calls can be chained together.

ebs

default InstanceBlockDeviceMapping.Builder ebs(Consumer<EbsInstanceBlockDevice.Builder> ebs)

Parameters used to automatically set up EBS volumes when the instance is launched.

This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the EbsInstanceBlockDevice.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via EbsInstanceBlockDevice.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to ebs(EbsInstanceBlockDevice).

Parameters:

ebs - a consumer that will call methods on EbsInstanceBlockDevice.Builder

Returns:

Returns a reference to this object so that method calls can be chained together.
