This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the PriceScheduleSpecification.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via PriceScheduleSpecification.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to priceSchedules(List<PriceScheduleSpecification>).
