This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the ReplicaUpdate.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via ReplicaUpdate.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to replicaUpdates(List<ReplicaUpdate>).
