This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the RealTimeAlertRule.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via RealTimeAlertRule.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to rules(List<RealTimeAlertRule>).
