This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the VmwareToAwsTagMapping.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via VmwareToAwsTagMapping.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to vmwareToAwsTagMappings(List<VmwareToAwsTagMapping>).
