      This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the PatchOrchestratorFilter.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via PatchOrchestratorFilter.builder().

      When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to filters(List<PatchOrchestratorFilter>).
