This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the ParameterizedStatement.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via ParameterizedStatement.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to transactStatements(List<ParameterizedStatement>).
