If both actions and resources are specified, then IAM Access Analyzer checks which of the specified actions have access to the specified resources.

      Parameters:

      This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the Access.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via Access.builder().

      When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to access(List<Access>).
