This is a convenience that creates an instance of the NonCompliantResource.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via NonCompliantResource.builder(). When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to nonCompliantResource(NonCompliantResource).
