A user-supplied ID that uniquely identifies the DataSource. Typically, an Amazon Resource Number (ARN) becomes the ID for a DataSource.

This is a convenience that creates an instance of the RDSDataSpec.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via RDSDataSpec.builder(). When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to rdsData(RDSDataSpec).
